Sent an application (CV only application) in their system. Had an initial call same day as submitting the application. This call was to establish basic requirements, salary expectations, hybrid/remote nature of the job etc. This was followed up by an informal online interview with sales manager and team member more specifically asking about skills and background and how it would match the role. Took some time hearing back after the interview.
it was good and easy .Interviwee was friendly . He made me comfortable during interview. Important questions were asked . It was professional questions and most were related to job profile .

I was referred by my friend who’s already part of the team that’s why I think I have maybe skipped some steps like their virtual exam that kinda looks like a game? So yeah, I was asked typical interview questions first, and then the interviewer then sent me an email about the JD to prepare me for the next interview session. The next interview was more on the technical side. Don’t worry it’s not as difficult as it may sound since I was applying for an associate role only. It’s just, the interviewer was maybe assessing if I have read the JD well or if I made a research about the company or the role that I am applying to. I didn’t proceed with the next step since they found out that I have an existing application with them 6 months ago. Lol. And it is their policy. It was disappointing since I actually felt that I had a greater chance that time of being hired.

I remember the interviewer asked me what do I expect with the role that I am applying to? And do I have an idea of what are the responsibilities and duties of this role?
