Steps of the recruiting process were:
1.) Sending my CV and degrees to Accenture (online application)
2.) Telephone interview (about 30 mins in English)
3.) Technical Decision Day (Assessment)
a.) Arrival at 10:00
b.) Short self introduction of each recruiter & applicant
c.) Splitting potential hires into 2 groups (3-4 applicants per group)
d.) Group interview (Case study - Decision making after bad impact of software failure after rollout)
e.) Single interview (Knowledge transfer - communicate short psychological article to recruiter)
f.) Lunch
g.) Taking a tour in the Kronberg Office (close to Frankfurt am Main)
h.) Short classic single interview (salary, starting date, basic algorithm (fibonacci), location,...)
i.) Quick test of Java & SQL skills
j.) Feedback & Job offer
