      The recruitment process begins with an initial assessment test, designed to evaluate candidates’ core competencies relevant to the role. This may include aptitude tests, technical problem-solving, or situational judgment questions to measure both knowledge and critical thinking ability. Candidates who successfully pass this stage are invited to a **panel interview**. In this round, multiple interviewers—often including team leads, managers, and subject matter experts—assess the candidate. The panel focuses on technical expertise, communication skills, teamwork, and how well the candidate handles real-world scenarios. This format allows for a more balanced and comprehensive evaluation from different perspectives within the organization. Following the panel interview, candidates proceed to an HR interview. This stage focuses on cultural fit, career goals, personality traits, and alignment with the company’s values and expectations. Topics such as salary expectations, availability, and long-term commitment are also discussed. It ensures that both the candidate and the organization are aligned beyond just technical qualifications. Successful candidates are then offered a position contingent upon completing a six-month training program. During this training period, often conducted in a structured “training school” environment, new hires undergo intensive learning and development. This phase equips them with company-specific knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience required for their role. Performance during training is typically monitored and evaluated, and only those who meet the required standards transition into full-time positions within the organization.

      The interview process was easy, I met with some Professionals who conducted the first two stages of the process. They made the entire process stress-free. Later, I met with top management for final approval and on-boarding.
