The interview first started in the office of the Manufacturing Director. He went over my resume and work experience and asked few basic questions about science and math, then he gave me a full tour of the facilities. He had me dawn lab equipment to watch potential coworkers working. The interview ended with him telling me that he is impressed but still has a few more interviews to go through. I received a job offer through email two days later.
