I was asked for a telecon and it lasted for around fifteen minutes, after 10 days I was asked to go for the psychometric testing, after qualifying in it I was asked to come for a final round of one-one meeting with one of the Director, which lasted for one hour. Post it with 7 days i got the offer letter from the HR depatt.
