The hiring process was very quick, just little over 1 week from first interview until first day of work.
After submitting my resume I was contacted by phone verifying that i can come to an interview next week. I was out of town that week and they reschedule for the following week with no problem. They also follow up with e-mail with the details so I knew to expect to spend at least 3 hours in the office and to meet 4 people. The interview ended up lasting for 5 hours and I met with 7-8 members of the team including CEO. The following day i received a call asking to come again next day. That was a short 30 minutes with CEO to discuss the terms of the employment. 5 days latter I have started my employment with AS.
