Interview was by Scype. Three steps with different specialists during two weeks. The first step was interview with HR. She asked me about salary rate that I prefer, reasons for job changes, expectations from work. The second step was interview with QA coordinator. She checked my skills and English level. The third step was interview with team leads. We spoke about different kinds of software testing, life circle of bug and othe theorethical aspects.
