Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Accor (Toronto, ON) nel mese di gen 2024

30-minute Prescreen phone interview and then a one hour in-person with STAR method. Not sure what the process would’ve been after that.
Was told I would be followed up with by certain date but that never happened and I had to follow up. Already a bad sign and a bad recruitment practice.

11 Questions including Guest experience question - odd given I don’t have a hospitality background.
Describe the most difficult situation you’ve been in.
Describe your project management experience. Again odd given the fact that I wasn’t the project manager but I’ve done similar activities.
I applied online and was sent an assessment before any recruiter or live human reached out. Based on the result of the assessment, they did not move forward. I guess I wasn't a personality fit?
