But their qualification questions are very basic, you have to have a legal way of driving and you can't do drugs or be a felon. They also want you to be able to travel up to 75%! The fact they have zero opportunities to work locally in a market and to me bring up a lot of red flags. They buy up other roofing companies and use a very weird marketing tactic with the same actors and rebrand each new companies image with the same three people and the same images. who knows if they actually work there. it's clear they don't care about a healthy lifestyle with this kind of question. the fact the conversation stopped immediately will inform you that there is a lot of smoke and mirrors with these guys. To be clear there are a lot of very successful companies larger than Accord who don't require travel and it is an option. If you're reading this make sure you interview with more roofing companies before you jump on with this ship. This is my opinion of being in Roofing for 10 years working with very large teams.
