Initial phone screen, followed by online aptitude and personality tests, followed by aptitude test again, on camera.
The aptitude tests were pretty easy, 50 questions, 15 minutes. Don't expect to finish them all. Don't use a calculator or anything, just pen/paper. After I took the exam online, I had to take it again on camera to prove I wasn't cheating, etc. You only take the personality quiz once.
No offer, just a generic sorry email, which is kinda lame.

A inscrição foi feita online, incluindo o envio do currículo. O contato foi realizado por e-mail, onde foi marcada a entrevista online. Durante a entrevista, o clima foi tranquilo e acolhedor. No final, recebi um feedback construtivo sobre meu desempenho e as próximas etapas do processo seletivo.

Colloquio
Five interviews with a different interviewer each time (recruiter, hiring manager, peer, two others one level above me). All the interviews were scheduled within a two week timeframe and I heard back a few days after the process completed.
I'm sure you already know how to do it. Google up product management, read up and perhaps listen to blogs. They ask past behavior questions in the workplace and how you handled. Many offshore teams so ask that in the interview so you will know your hours.
