Was initially contacted by talent acquisition to setup a short screening call. After the call I was asked to take the standard aptitude test (don't get me started on those...). Completed it right away. It then took 2.5 weeks for them to get back to me, despite sending a follow-up at the 1.5 week mark.
I was then scheduled to talk to the hiring manager a week later. Interview was pretty standard - questions I've answered plenty of times.
After the interview I heard nothing back for weeks (not even a rejection). I ended up taking another job during this time.
Very bad impression of the company based on this process. Extremely unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging for weeks without any updates.

A inscrição foi feita online, incluindo o envio do currículo. O contato foi realizado por e-mail, onde foi marcada a entrevista online. Durante a entrevista, o clima foi tranquilo e acolhedor. No final, recebi um feedback construtivo sobre meu desempenho e as próximas etapas do processo seletivo.

Five interviews with a different interviewer each time (recruiter, hiring manager, peer, two others one level above me). All the interviews were scheduled within a two week timeframe and I heard back a few days after the process completed.
I'm sure you already know how to do it. Google up product management, read up and perhaps listen to blogs. They ask past behavior questions in the workplace and how you handled. Many offshore teams so ask that in the interview so you will know your hours.
