Applied online and got a prompt response from the recruiter. Set up an initial phone screen. During that call benefits, hiring process steps and timeline were explained. Asked if I was also actively interviewing with other companies/had received an offer. Advanced to direct hiring manager interview via phone. Next interview was a peer video interview and then senior management video interview. Recruiter was prompt with all updates and even included helpful hints for the interviews and learning more about the company. Timeline was exactly as communicated. Ultimately received another offer I couldn't refuse and was unable to join the team.
