The health and safety of our team are of utmost importance, and we strictly adhere to the guidance issued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) concerning vaccinations and vaccination inquiries. According to the EEOC, an employer’s request for documentation or other confirmation of vaccination administered by a third party is not a disability-related inquiry under the Americans with Disabilities Act and is legal. Thus, we are permitted to ask about vaccination status to track vaccination rates of our applicants and employees, as we currently encourage our employees to be vaccinated and continually reevaluate our policies regarding the same. We maintain the confidentiality of all medical information (including vaccination status) in accordance with applicable law.
