Two things stood out for the wrong reasons:
- Got completely ghosted after the interview. No update, no timeline, nothing. Only got a rejection after I proactively filled in their post-interview feedback form.
- The rejection cited "lack of technical depth" but the interview was with a non-technical HR recruiter. That's not something a recruiting screen is set up to evaluate. Felt like a template response rather than genuine feedback.
Not a great look for how they treat candidates.
