I applied for the job and a week later they set up an interview with me.
The interview was with their HR representative. He was very nice and the interview went smoothly. I was told at the end that they would let me know the following afternoon what the next steps were. This made me believe I would be moving forward, though they never emailed me. I followed up the following day and they said they had ended the process as they had found someone.
