Seems like everyone goes through a different process either virtual or not. Had 3 interviews, the last two being over 2 hours long, met the team was told about benefits etc. started process on April and just ended in late June. They went with another candidate but really string along so even if you feel so confident, meet the team, dedicate 10 hours to your life, etc, they will not be fully transparent or communicative. I was so understanding of the delay in response —literally only got a response when I reached out, was told there were issue that would cause delay and they still stringed me along. With that being said the interview was easy, some questions seemed off regarding my resume telling me to act our scenarios not related to the role and frankly not something I could act out without literally playing pretend.
