I was initially contacted and brought in for an interview in January and then heard nothing for approximately 2 months. I was then called in for a second interview. The process was a bit confusing as I interviewed first with the president and then the vice president. I heard nothing for a few weeks and then was called and offered the position. I don't think that I was the first choice in applicants and I was treated like that from the beginning. Although, the HR rep was awesome and very, very accommodating.
