Very informal. I was in a pool of applicants and we took numbers and waited in a room where we were called one by one. We then did a behavioral interview and I was hired on the spot.

It was nice and easy. They ask you about yourself and a few other questions about how you will be an impactful person on the team. Talk like a friend with the manager as they are just trying to get to know more about you.

What is one thing about you that people think but you are not?
Showed up on time but it felt like they didn't even know I was coming. Wasn't even interviewed by the person I was told would be interviewing me.
Asked me to walk them through my resume. What was the hardest part about all my jobs and then ended the interview said they had everything they needed. They were nice but it was kind of a weird interview process.
