easy and relaxed they just made sure you were personable and asked a lot of questions on what your character was like. Very easy process and they made it fun.

What was one time you had to be honest when you felt that it was difficult
A phone call or in-person takes about 15 minutes and you will usually get the job on the spot. Very simple questions just to try to understand if you can do the basic tasks of the position.

Meet at the headquarters in downtown. Big group style interview. Hotel managers sit on a panel and ask random people questions about themselves and past work experience. It's really easy. They usually go around the room and ask you to introduce yourself to the group. It is pretty laid back and you are given plenty of time to think of an answer.

The interview process was broken into two parts. The first one was a group interview followed by a one on one interview with the division manager. For the group of interview, it consisted around 7 people and two interviewers.
