The interview process is very lean and pretty straight forward. By providing clear instructions and transparent communication throughout, the company creates a positive and engaging candidate experience. Overall, as a candidate I felt like I was able to know a bit more about the company culture throughout the process, it was a two way conversation.

I believe I had around 3 interviews. One with recruiter for overall conversation and understand if my skill set matched what they needed. Another with possible manager to get to know him and go further into details about skills and tasks. The last one to present the case the sent me via email after the second meeting.
