One senior QA engineer did the interview. She was very friendly and 1hr had the interview. Very pleasant interview. She didn't make you feel its an interview and explained the answers when I don't know them

The interview process was smooth — I was asked some QA theory and practical questions, and overall it went well. About a month later, I received a call saying I was selected and was asked for my details. They mentioned they would contact me again after getting approval from the BU team. However, I didn’t hear back for a long time, so I followed up multiple times. Each time, I was told there was still no update. After about a month, when I called again, they informed me that the position had been put on hold. I found this experience quite disappointing and unprofessional. If the position was on hold, they should have informed me proactively instead of keeping me waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this process to fresh graduates, as it was neither transparent nor respectful of candidates’ time.
