They provide an online test as the first round of technical interview and then I was interviewed by one of the associate tech leads in the company as the second round of technical interview, Who I was able to answer almost every question he asked. However, he went on to ask me about my results in ALs and University even though I have already submitted the data to their HR on previous day. As a developer who has three years of experience, I believe these questions were inappropriate for a `technical interview` and influenced his recommendation towards me. Then they didn't care to send at least one rejection email. I expected better professional ethics as I have spent time and advanced in their interview process. A rejection email is not too much to ask for.
