I interviewed with a supervisor. The interview was more like a conversation. We talked about my work history and what a liked/disliked about my previous jobs. They asked for a scenario where I had difficulty with a customer and how I got through it. Immediately after that they took me to a manager and I had a second interview with her. She asked me why I wanted to work for Freedom and why I left my former job and other basic question. I heard back a day later and was hired.

i had a phone interview, then a in face interview. also had to take two personality test before my second interview. the phone questions were pretty much the same in person. the recruiter was very nice to communicate with and were able to give me options of my employment opportunities.

I was contacted by a recruiter while working for a competitor and was set up to interview. He also helped me re-format my resume to look more professional. I spoke with the Recruiter for a few minutes when I came in and he really helped me relax so I wasn't so nervous when I met with the Hiring Manager. I met with the Manager of the department for about 20 minutes and was given a job offer on the spot.

I always struggle when asked something like "what is your biggest weakness or area for improvement?" and I am pretty sure that question was asked. It makes me feel like its a trap to sabotage myself.
