Meet with sales manager and team lead in interview. Both were very nice, in fact everyone I came across while waiting for interview was extremely friendly. Never had that type of welcoming. Interview consisted of questions about experience in sales and and the ability to "Bring it every day". They are looking for good sales people but also wanted people who are good listeners as you are helping people in distress. Caring but strong individuals are needed for this position

You will be screened via phone first then asked to come in to meet with a team of managers.
they each will ask you a series of questions and if you get 2 likes and 1 no, you are no longer considered for the position. Smile allot and be extremely honest. make your light shine very bright!

Spoke with a team lead and sales director. Then had a second interview with another team lead and another account executive. They always responded to me within 24 hours. It was very professional.
