The interview process included all the relevant team members (a supervisor and peers) plus a recruiter/HR. Due to COVID-19, everything was done via Zoom. There was also a business case to be completed offline over a couple of days.

The interview questions were pretty typical, centered around your experience. For the behavioral part, they ask "what would your peers/subordinates/supervisor say about you" plus the areas of improvement.
