Applied online, recruiter call, hiring manager interview, take-home case study, and a panel interview with 4 people. The entire interview experience lasted over 45 days. I had great feedback after every round and the panel interviewers were highly impressed by my take-home assignment solution and praised me several times for it. After investing so much time and energy in the company, I had to literally chase them for a status update. After pushing them for 2 weeks, I was informed that they are moving with another candidate (which is ok) but I would have appreciated a prompt update. The experience up to the panel interviews was decent but the overall recruitment strategy has left a bitter taste for the company.
