It was engaging. They asked about my previous experience and how i handled past difficulties/failures. We then went on to talk about a consultative sales process and what it entails.

Interview process was simple. Recruiter interview and then a zoom interview. They asked a few behavioral questions and then they will let you know if hired after the zoom interview. The manager was pleasant and seemed very interested in my background.
Initial review was told that I would have a follow up call within 24-48 hours. No call, instead almost a week later I received a generic email - not coming from the rep that interviewed me.
