      Start with fill in personality test then a few moments later I was being ask to select few resume for the position they shared with me in a few minutes.

      I went for two interviews. Before the last interview i was asked to prepare a presentation on how i would be doing my BD. I was told in the previous 2 interviews that i would start out with candidate sourcing and then slowly be introduced into doing BD as this was a 360 role. I had also informed the recruiters that i had no prior experience and had expected some sort of guidance. During my last interview with the CEO. He kept asking how will i bring in new clients upon be joining . I also had to stand throughout the whole interview. He also mentioned that people in my age group are lazy and entitled.

In that context, if a candidate feels uncomfortable or disheartened by firm or probing questions during an interview, it may indicate that the role’s inherent challenges and commercial intensity might not be the right fit. The purpose of such questioning is never to intimidate, but to mirror the realities of the profession — where consultants must handle objections, competition, and rejection on a daily basis. The remarks about generational attitudes were not meant as a personal judgment, but as a situational test to see how a candidate would respond under pressure — whether with confidence, self-belief, or defensiveness. Resilience and the ability to stand one’s ground respectfully are key traits we look for in future consultants.       2 stages of interview, very clear explanation from the HR. Got assessments to do, given 30 minutes then another 30minutes to explain the assessment. Got the result after one week of 2nd interview.
