The hiring and interview process went very smoothly and I felt like they were extremely knowledgable and open. The executive that interviewed me had worked there for over 10 years and was very honest and willing to spend time answering all my many questions. He was also very thorough and grilled me pretty good to make sure I was going to be a fit for the culture here. They are very concerned about protecting the integrity of the company and culture. They want to do it right and hire the best.

The hiring process was very detailed and smooth. After applying and sending my resume I was contacted immediately by an executive! We decided on a time and I was emailed detailed instructions on where the office was located as well as what to expect during the interview. I was also given instructions on what to do to prepare which included looking and learning their website as well as watching a video. The interview was great! The office was very nice and I interviewed with one of the executives named Josh. He was very detailed in explaining the position and what to expect and he was very honest. He helped me feel comfortable and then asked me a LOT of questions about my job history and experience. He had some difficult questions but helped me through it. He also had me read a paragraph of a script to see how I sounded. He then gave me a tour of the office so that I could get a feel for if I felt like it was an environment I liked. I really appreciated his openness and he took the time to answer all my questions. Then he set up a second interview with another team manager for a second day. That interview went well and was much easier. They had me explain my understanding of the Law of Attraction which I was able to do because I had studied the initial assignments. I was offered the position a few days later and brought in for training. Training was great and after the first day I continued my training on a team with my new team leader.
