Applied for a teaching position in Math (my field of study). Was called and asked a few questions, AF recruiter was incredibly nice/motivated/excited. Was then offered to interview in person for a position teaching an entirely different subject and give a demo lesson. I naively showed up, was scheduled minute by minute (VERY rushed) and told at one point to roam the hall and look around at classrooms. Then I was asked to give my demo lesson to staff members in a tight room standing 2 feet apart. Then I gave a demo lesson TO students (scheduled for 15 minutes, given about half of that, class of 35). Proceeded to interview with the Principal who did not seem engaged/no eye contact. Overall not a terrific experience. I hope the other branches are ran better.
