Completely unprofessional approach towards candidates that stretches the period and turns into a waste of time. HR manager might just call you after a month of unreasonable silence and ask for another meeting 15 days after the expected starting day of the MT program. Some of the exams were poorly prepared, especially the "English proficiency exam" had absurd grammatical contradictions. After 3 exams, a personality test and multiple interviews that took 2+ months to complete, they didn't even respond back with a positive/negative decision. I know the situation in Turkey is getting worse, but don't do this to yourself, do not waste your precious time and effort with a company that disrespects candidates.
