Typical Phone Screen which proceeded to an in-person interview with (2) senior management. Start of interview had general questions into background, experience, and gauging interest level into ACME Corrugated box company. Unfortunately it appeared that one of the managers involved in the process did not like my resume/background experience. This person was somewhat abrasive during the questioning which turned my interest way off from that point on. My thought is that HR and Executives should be on same page for what they are looking for prior to wasting peoples time. No surprise that there was no offer post interview, as it was truly an uncomfortable experience.
