The interviewers were clearly unprepared for the interview. You try to be gentle and discreet about any unpleasant past experiences and they keep pressuring you to disclose it and give examples of past abuse you have gone through, even if you show clear discomfort to share bad experiences with previous employers. 40 minutes in, another Lead comes in and starts asking me the exact same questions I was already asked before. Clearly show no concern for the candidate's time and discretion when it comes to past experiences.
