All of the employees do the interview. The owner regards his employees opinion very highly and wants everyone to have an opinion and be heard regarding bringing on new employees. Along with typical interview questions, the main focus during the interview is to get a glimpse into how someone trouble shoots situations and their creativity. The owner believes the right people can be taught skills.
