Questions were easy. Delays between each step were long, which made the process unnecessarily long. The team is too comfortable with ghosting. They give the impression of a culture that lacks accountability.

I was recently contacted by a third-party company that contracts with the employer I was applying to. They demanded that I accept the minimum salary and benefits for the position. The hiring process consisted of a five-step meeting with random senior team members. However, the territory map provided to me did not match the list of locations that were also provided. In the end, I had to reach out to get a rejection forwarded from the first third-party company. In my opinion, this was the most unprofessional hiring process I have ever experienced.
