Contacted via text, then followed up with video interview. Was told I hear back 'one way or the other' by a specific date and then ghosted. Planned to not accept a offer if given due to inability to follow through with their simple spoken promise.

Seemingly good interviews (screener and hiring manager). Received positive feedback and a promise for follow up. Completely ghosted. 3 months and 10 emails later i got the rejection i had assumed though i had already decided long before that I wasn't going to join a team in such disarray. Relief to see I'm not the only one with this experience
