The interview process was lengthy, thorough, and somewhat taxing. Though I appreciate the consideration, I feel as if it can be a burden to productivity for current employees. More often than not, you can tell what you need to about a prospective employee in the first 10 minutes of an interview. There are going to be ways they don't check off every box – no one candidate is perfect. But if they fit the main check items and their character is respectable, then the rest can be worked out.
