Next step would have been followed by a "super day" that sounded more intense than most large firm processes, but never heard back after submission. I followed up after a few weeks with the Talent recruiter who arranged for updates or feedback to no response.
Interviews like this demonstrate a rejection is fine but complete lack of response makes the whole process feel like a waste of time. Everyone is busy and given a Talent department exists unlike many other small firms, makes you wonder how existing employees are in current roles.,
Pretty straightforward and easy. Timed online writing component plus series of virtual interviews with different members of the team and HR. If you practice standard case interview questions, you should be good to go.
