The process was standard for the industry and job type. Learned about the position through word of mouth. My friend recommended me to the company. He's been there four years and likes the work hours and stability.

Initially I was very interested in working with Action Property Management. I am a very qualified candidate, who was looking forward to being a Front desk Associate. However, I would be remissed if I did not mention; being "ghosted" has given me an insight into your hiring practices. Frankly, after putting my time and energy into Actions process; I find it a bit disrespectful to not receive a response to my emails. In today's tech driven society, a simple thanks, but no thanks is a “click” away! Going forward HR, please remember jobs searches, completing applications and interviewing are serious, and candidates deserve better.
