Quick interview, about 15-20 minutes total done over Zoom. It was done with an operations manager. I only had a few weeks experience as a CNA, but they still extended me a job paying $17/hour. I appreciated being given the opportunity to gain experience, but overall it was a horrible place to work at.

It was a zoom interview, scheduled within 1-2 days of my application. They asked about my BS degree, asked about my availability, explained the training process and start date. Very straightforward
