The interview was by phone. The regional manager was basically telling me about the job and its requirements. He asked me things like, what type of things I do at my previous job, and did I know what plan o gram is.

They asked about my experience with electronics. They asked if i could work the hours required. It was a very simple interview process. limited scope its mostly about living in the correct location & having the ability to preform duties.
