I greatly appreciated how HR communicated in time and what the interview process was. However, the conduct of one of the panelists was deplorable. She was making faces and strange sounds during the interview. She seemed completely unprofessional, wearing a jersey in the interview, and just seeming disengaged. I have concerns about whether or not she would be a great supervisor to work with. I think ActionAid does get suitable candidates for this role, but them not being able to fill in this role could point to internal challenges...

It felt like they already had a person in mind, and were just doing the interview for the sake of completing the process. The first red flag was when this role was readvertized.
