1. Phone Call with hiring manager, discussed CV, the role, basic programming questions and some C++ specific.
2. On-site interview: given test to do, beginning with basic maths, C++ questions, finance questions. Discuss test answers with two interviewers, then time for questions and explanation of the technology infrastructure.
