Interview wasn't too long which was nice, the questions were more focused on what I would do in certain situations and what I know about the company rather than my personal related experience

Very informal and quick. Very little structure to the interview, was only myself and one member of staff from Active Care Group. Should have been a warning sign for the lack of professionalism to come.

Was face to face and very interactive. I felt eased whiles interviewed. It took about thirty minutes. The most interesting part was my strength and weakness questions. I demonstrated it perfectly and was impressed by ther interviewer. I explained the purposes and role of a support Worker.
