The interview process with my former employer was quite professional. Things were timely and well organized. The HR representatives were very kind and welcoming, and made our group feel very comfortable. Their questions seemed thorough and they were prepared to answer questions about the job honestly. They offered schedule accommodations as I was a full-time university student at the time.

Phone interview from HR at head office in Windsor Ontario, really easy questions, they look more for character that experience and really explain what is involved. No sugar coating.
Overall a great experience during the whole process. Gives you the option to determine if this job is for you.
