It's a 3 step process. First, initial phone screening. Then, a 1.5 hr interview in blocks of 30 min with your direct manager, 2 members of the team, and a senior manager.
The communication with AC was subpar for a unicorn company. No corporate signature in their emails, but also one of the Senior Customer Success managers in my last interview did not even have the courtesy of turning her camera on, nor did she apologize or explain the reason why. On top of that, it's been days since I requested feedback and no answer, despite the request being covered by Irish DPA and EU GDPR.

Colloquio
There was a quick initial interview with the hiring manager. Then you will meet the line manager for a 30 minute interview, and if successful, a second interview with other team members. Lastly there was going to be a mock client call/assessment. The process was very smooth and everyone was really professional.

It was 3-4 steps process, with multiple people involved and a final role play with the customer manager where it was required to simulate a conversation with a new onboarded customer.
