Interviews Process was in 3 stages:
1. Quick Phone Call to gather information on your background/experience and a general role overview
2. Role play exercise impersonating a Support Specialist solving a problem over live chat for a customer
3. Final Interview with Support and Senior Manager
Communication and mannerism of each member involved in the process was very pleasant and engaging!

Questions in final interview included scenario-based questions which relate to the companies values such as:
1. Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer.
2. Speak about a time where you implemented/ suggested an improvement to a specific process in your job role
3. Describe a time where you weren't sure of a particular solution and how did you handle that situation.
