First, I was contacted to offer a short personal statement on my strength to the position in the target language. Then I was invited to have the onsite interview one week after which contained three part- The written test, the game playing test and a formal interview- the very basic interview question questions for that.

After I applied, I had to do a language skill test (describe my motiviation for this position and translate a given text as fast as you can).
After that, I was invited to an interview with a lead and another peer in the department. The interview was partly in English and partly in German (as I applied for a German localization position).
After almost two weeks I got a call with an offer.

What skills do you have that make you a good candidate for this position?
Applied, got a test, interviewed, got called for an offer. There was a language test. Got interviewed by the localization manager of the language I speak. Spoke completely in english in the interview.
Take online small tests related to your native language and then conduct a phone interview with HR. After the test result is passed, you will have an interview with language leads.
