Colloquio
I first had a phone interview with the recruiter where we discussed my industry experience. I then had an on-site interview with several people from various departments at the company. I also had an interview with the hiring manager. Following the first on-site interview I returned for two additional interviews with "would-be" peers and also a manager from another department at the company. The topics of conversation were mostly about my prior experience, how I worked and my management and problem-solving style.
