Applied about a month before they called. I even forgot I applied. They sent me an email asking to complete a form. After that we make appointment to have a phone interview. I went great and pretty easy. After a week they sent me an email saying they will pursue other candidates.

Thorough. Intense. They're looking for the best candidates not for a specific demographic. They keep it fair across the board and are very professional about their interview process. Great experience.
